Ten Ways to Celebrate National Nutrition Month®

March is National Nutrition Month®, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ annual nutrition education campaign. It’s ran each year in March to remind us of the importance in eating right. This year’s theme is to “Put Your Best Fork Forward”. By doing so, you’re making the conscious choice with each bite to eat more nutritious foods. I’ve decided this year to participate in their blogroll by promoting National Nutrition Month® and encourage everyone to “Put Their Best Fork Forward”!
