I’m here to bust the myth eating healthy has to taste bad and/or be expensive.
It shouldn’t be mind-blowing foods that nourish your body can and do taste good. We shouldn’t have to say something is “tasty and healthy,” like that’s a surprise. Eating foods that nourish your body doesn’t have to be hard or expensive. I want to show you simple ways to eat foods you enjoy and nourish your body at the same time. You don’t have to spend all day in the kitchen to have a tasty, nourishing meal. You don’t have to spend a small fortune to create these types of meals. It’s time we change the way we look at foods.
Having a good relationship with food is hard these days. I want to help you repair it. I do this through a non-diet, intuitive eating approach. I don’t focus on weight loss and won’t encourage you to either. Instead, I focus on real health benefits—like sleeping better, having more energy throughout the day, better self-esteem, and many other improvements in your life you’ll see just from changing the way you interact with food. I don’t believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad” for you. I don’t encourage you to eliminate food groups or cut out any certain foods. I believe all foods fit into a nutritious, well-balanced diet.
